IsaCryl
A key feature of Isabella awnings is the material they use for the canvas. Their Isacryl material ( used in most but not all of the awnings they produce ) has impressive abrasion resistance and weave density. You could compare Isacryl to a carrot. When you snap a carrot in half, the colour is the same all the way through, a feature shared by the fibres in Isacryl, i.e., solid colour. That’s why your Isabella awning will stay beautiful and the colour intense year after year.
Isacryl is more than just a durable material. It is also breathable which is essential for creating a comfortable indoor climate inside your awning. Warmth, cold and rising damp affect the indoor climate in an awning. If the material is too dense, damp and body warmth cannot escape. That’s likely to lead to condensation and a humid indoor climate. In other words, Isacryl breathes with you, making being inside the awning comfortable – regardless of time or place.
There are different 'versions' of the Isacryl material. Isacryl 295 g/m2 for example, is often used for the main walls of the awning whilst Isaroof Light 240 g/m2 as the name suggests, is typically used for the roof of the awning. A number of other versions exist and Isabella have developed and tailored each version of the material to suit it's use in their awnings.
Isabella Pole TypesIsabella offer a range of traditional poled awnings that are designed for caravan owners who prefer a more traditional look and feel. These awnings use poles for support and are ideal for use on caravan sites with hardstanding pitches. The poles used in these awnings are made from lightweight and durable materials such as fibreglass and steel.
Carbon X Poles
A carbon-fibre reinforced fibreglass frame, is suitable for both permanent and touring caravanning. Carbon Fibres are combined with glass fibres in varying amounts, according to pole diameters, to offer maximum strength.
The frame is light and fully corrosion resistant. All CarbonX frames are supplied with the IsaFix locking mechanism. With IsaFix in place, keeping the frame in position is easy. With one press of the hand grip, a discreet 'click' tells you IsaFix is locked in position.
Zinox Steel Frame
The Zinox Steel Frame is hot galvanised both inside and out to extend its life and to meet all load bearing requirements. The steel frame is made of ISO-certified high-strength steel. The strength of the Zinox steel frame makes it particularly suitable for pitching your caravan permanently - and it is included with all All-in-One and winter part awnings, because caravanning in the off-peak seasons demands great structural stability due to weather conditions such as strong winds and snow.
Zinox Mega Poles
The Zinox MegaFrame is a durable tubular steel frame ( material thickness: 32mm / 1.2mm ) with welded corners and double screw lock on the poles. MegaFrame is designed for year-round use with a full awning which can remain standing all year and can withstand powerful storms, snowfall and torrential rain.The Zinox MegaFrame is supplied with two extra rafter poles, as well as one Hercules 32.5mm.

Unique IsaAir System
The IsaAir system has just one inflation point (a) for pumping up and is extremely easy to operate. The modular air system, with a valve connection between all modules, allows you to simply isolate an air beam (b) after closing the valve connection to the other modules and replace it without having to take the awning down. The On/Off switch (c) indicates clearly if it is open or closed. The air beams (d) consist of three layers for airtightness and stability.
